Betty and Phil's home is beautifully decorated, the breakfast spread was delicious, especially those chocolate waffles! The only downside was some noise from upstairs. Can't wait to go back!

Loved my 1 night stay. The rooms were cozy with the garden, a beautiful sink and the breakfast was amazing and enjoyable. The cost was me$ 161. The location was great and excellent for traveling around Frederick, right by downtown, great restaurants and local points and lovely Carroll Creek Park. It also was in a good neighborhood.

Staying with our two grown kids was enjoyable. The laundry facilities were great for managing our family's needs, and we appreciated the cozy vibe throughout the house. The breakfast was especially nice with good chocolate waffles that everyone loved.

The hosts were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade waffles!

One downside was the loud air conditioning unit in our room, which blew directly at the bed and made it hard to sleep comfortably.

The Dutrow room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved the vintage vibe with all the antique decor-was like staying in a cozy museum! The bathroom was large and clean. Having a cast iron tub was a nice touch. The bed was a bit tricky to lay on since it had an old metal back, and I noticed some noise from the upstairs area at times.
